Do you have a good fat burning diet plan?
Most people think that losing weight involves hitting the gym for long extended hours every single day. And while exercise is a key part of losing weight, your diet is by far the most important part. You see, you can hit the gym for 8 hours a day, but if you are eating the wrong foods, your efforts will be for naught.
Think of it this way. It takes 20 minutes of exercise to undo that doughnut. How long do you think you can exercise every day? Now how many doughnuts do you think you can eat in a day? My bet is you can eat far more calories in doughnuts than you could burn each day.
What you need is a fat burning diet plan to go along with your exercise routine. You have to realize is that what you eat has the biggest impact when it comes to shedding those extra pounds.
So here we go. Below I am going to show you three things you should eat and one thing you should always do to create your own fat burning diet plan that will boost your metabolism and have you dropping the pounds quickly and safely.
Eat More Protein
I am sure you hear this all the time and that’s because it is very important.
Protein is the absolute best when it comes to burning fat and building muscle. Don’t get enough protein and you will lose muscle mass which will make it harder for you to lose weight. I know you are probably wondering why I am talking about muscle when your goal is to burn fat. Well you see muscle actually helps you burn more fat throughout the day.
That’s why you want to hold on to the muscle you have and maybe even build a little more. Protein is a substance that helps you keep the muscle you already have. So start eating more protein right now. You should try to get between .6 and 1 grams of protein per pound of body weight each and every day. By doing so you will fast track your weight loss.
Cut Back On The Sugar
A fat burning diet plan cannot be high in sugar. You can’t lose weight by eating cookies and doughnuts all day. Most sugars actually make it so your body can no longer burn fat. By eating it you are making it harder on yourself to lose weight. I’m not saying all sugar is bad, cause there are some good sugars out there. However, I am not going to insult your intelligence here so just stop eating the bad sugars if you want to lose the weight.
Eat More Vegetables
Vegetables are high in nutritional value and low in fat content. You can eat as many vegetables as you like. The great thing about vegetables is that they make you feel full which will ultimately lead to you eating less and losing weight.
Listen, just because you are on a fat burning diet plan doesn’t mean you have to eat bland, gross foods. You have to experiment and get a little creative in the kitchen. Truth be told, you can still eat your favorite meals, you just have to learn how to replace the unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones. And by eating the foods you like you will be more likely to stick with your fat burning diet plan for the long haul.
